Nikki Gabriel - Construction

My lovely fella has been really encouraging with all my crafty nonsense recently and sends me through snippets of websites I might find interesting.
This is one thats come up trumps. A knitted collection by Nikki Gabriel called Construction. She basically sells knitting patterns based on a series of steps which form to complete several different garments, depending on how far you want to talke the pattern. So, for example, the one above starts off as a scarf, adds a couple more scarves, some arms and lapels, and you get a cardigan, but you could just leave it as a scarf or a shrug instead of going the whole hog to cardigan, if that makes sense (her website explains better).
Thought it was a really original idea and would make a great project for a beginner knitter, like me, as it is simply a series of square blocks stitched together.
Good work boy
